"Complete mix up with driver. He arrived before we even landed, I don’t know why as we still had to go through passport control and collect luggage. No one at designated meeting point to meet us. Sorted in the end though. "

"First trip (in two way) was excellent - eventually got us to the right address although we'd told him a slightly wrong postcode by accident. The driver found the way. Nice quiet Toyota saloon.
Coming back was good too, except the car coming back was not quite a saloon that way (tall VW with sliding doors)."
