"The system didn't pick up correct location for pick up. I have realize it straight after confirmation and had to call the number for help. They were unable to change it and we had to cancel it. Its rediculous to pay 5£ for cancellation straight after booking. Plus I don't know how much is going to cost me the call from abroad.... The man on the phone was helpful and friendly the same as our driver...
